  Not happy, but her loss. I am generally one of those loyal/lifetime customers with lots of female contacts in Adelaide who are always asking where to go. I won’t be recommending there anymore. Am so over this, got the colour right finally, but tricked with hair quality and still on the lookout for somewhere I can find good quality extensions. Am not going to be trusting anymore of these places who say – I get my own brand in, nobody else has this quality or better / they don’t sell to the public.

  Messaged her right away but she wasn't willing to work with me on any respect. $400 was a rather expensive mistake. To get them removed the day after install she was planning on charging me for that also. Was willing to meet her halfway $200 refund/I wear $200 cost which thought fair. But no.

  If she had have done the right thing and helped me find something with more body and met me halfway on a refund, I wouldn’t be here now writing this. I don’t generally like doing this. But if someone is not going to at least meet someone reasonable halfway, I think it important others be warned about it.

  Don't go here. I got sold really low quality hair. Really whispy from about halfway down to the ends. When you plait it, you have all the little whispy/bitty bits sticking out all the way down through the plait which makes it just look awful (bad quality hair). Also the actual plait itself not that thick considering how many extensions were put in. Wasn’t aware of any of this til following day when i got home and got a good look at it.
