  Maybe some extra training from Aus Post could bring these two useless customer service attendees into the 21st century. Not sure if it Aus Post or these two who are at the front counter who are in the wrong. But I don't need to be told that a text mesaage and link to aus post with the tracking number for my package means nothing to him. He certainly didn't like someone trying to reason with him. Hopefully these two are not far away from retirement.

  Horrible and rude behavior from the two elderly people . Called my mother insulting words such as "Cow".... I'm just blown away on how disrespectful these people are and I really hope one day u both lose your jobs so that u could realize that u can't just be rude and insulting to whoever ... my mother tried to pick up a postage from them whilst she had an emergency call from someone so she said respectively and kindly that if she could have a min to pick up her call . Instead of being nice to her and saying "take ur time don't worry", instead "wow your so rude". These people are so disrespectful ... unbelievable!

  I would just like to let you know about the extremely rude 'customer service' I have just received from your Salisbury East Northbri store. Today I received a message from AusPost letting me know that my parcel had arrived with a link to a page that told me I could show that plus photo ID instead of the note left at delivery. I then went into this store, with the page on my phone ready to show. As I put it down on the counter, the man rudely told me that that means nothing to him, not even looking at it. I explained that it told me I could show this plus ID to collect my parcel. He then practically pushed my phone back at me, telling me loudly it means nothing to him, as its not from Australia Post. I showed him the whole web page, which clearly looks like it is Auspost related. His response was 'they're just using our letter head. It means nothing'. He then asked for ID which I provided. Next he wanted to know exactly when the parcel was delivered, and what size it was (neither of which I could clearly give an answer to other than it was delivered today). He then rudely put it down, and said that the message must have been sent through who my parcel came from. I then said again, that the number on my phone came up as AusPost so I didn't think that was the case. He then told me that I was wrong, that they were just using the AusPost letter head and didn't let me say any more. I then quickly signed for my parcel and left, as by this stage I felt like a child. He was EXTREMELY demining and rude as soon as I walked in, and this is often the case. I am now going to ensure all my parcels are delivered to a different address to ensure they can be collected to AVOID this post office. I was absolutely appalled at this 'service', as I am always polite when speaking to people. No-one deserves to be treated like this.

  Their treatment towards me, and other people who go there is very demeaning and belittling.

  The behaviour from two people who are supposed to be experienced is often insulting and rude, leaving an unpleasant and unsatisfactory encounter every single time. It's unbelievable that Aus Post still allows them to work there, considering they lack basic manners and are misinformed often on the procedures of their jobs.

  EVERY single time my packages get directed to this place I am met with unbelievable, appalling treatment from the 2 elderly people who work in there.
